It is a daunting task to try to put into words what Dennis Caldwell has meant to Regal Paint Centers. In his sixteen years at Regal, Dennis has played a pivotal role and has been a key member of the leadership team that has developed Regal into the company that it is today. He is as wise as he is brilliant, and he has put into place policies and procedures, compensation packages, commissions programs, leadership and training practices, and so much more that helped to take Regal from a small “mom-and-pop” operation to becoming the largest Benjamin Moore dealer in the Southeast United States. Dennis handles every situation with absolute integrity. He comes alongside, mentors, and shepherds every Regal employee–always committed to caring about each staff member as an individual rather than “just an employee”. This past year, Dennis has shifted to more of a part-time position as he heads in the direction of retirement, and he has made the transition with extreme grace. His patience and devotion to training those who will come after him and commitment to slowly easing into retirement out of concern for the well-being of the company and its staff, has only confirmed how sacrificial he is. We are clearly so blessed to have Dennis on our team, and we will never take for granted the gift he has been to us as a company and as individuals. |
